Pizza Ya

Pizza Ya, also called Pizza Ya & Coffee Ya, is a pizzeria, bakery and coffee bar on Calle Guanacaste in Tamarindo. It has an outdoor patio.

The menu includes pizza by the big slice or whole in 10-inch and 16-inch sizes, plus breakfast plates, bagels, smoothie bowls, waffles and avocado toast. The bakery sells brownies, donuts, croissants, cookies and cinnamon rolls. The coffee bar serves hot and iced coffee, frappés and fruit smoothies. A pizza of the day is posted on the website, where orders can also be placed. The shop sells coffee, T-shirts and souvenirs, and it also rents motorcycles, with details given through WhatsApp.

It is open Tuesday to Sunday from 7:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 23:00, and closed on Mondays.

Reviews are mostly positive. Guests praise the pizza, the friendly and attentive staff, and the patio. One recent review found prices high for the portion size, including for soft drinks.
