Carlos’s Surf School, led by the passionate and experienced Carlos, provides surf lessons for both beginners and advanced surfers in Tamarindo and Playa Grande. Carlos, who grew up in the nearby town of Mata Palo, has been surfing since he was 10 years old and has dedicated the last seven years to teaching others the art of riding waves. His love for surfing and the beautiful beaches of Costa Rica shines through in every lesson, whether you choose a private session or join a group class.

Carlos’s deep local knowledge enhances the experience, offering much more than just surf instruction.
