Guatil Pottery Studio, located in Tamarindo Beach, Guanacaste, is a Costa Rican pottery workshop and store that celebrates the country’s rich cultural heritage. Local artisan Arbin Espinoza Guevara, a Chorotega descendant from Guaitil, Costa Rica’s pottery mecca, handcrafts and fires every piece of pottery onsite.

The studio is open daily to the public, offering not only unique ceramic works for purchase but also pottery lessons for those interested in learning this ancient craft. Visitors can engage with the culture of Costa Rica by creating their own ceramic art under the guidance of Arbin, whose craftsmanship reflects the traditions of his ancestors.
