Hector Moreno Yoga

Hector Moreno is a yoga teacher based in Tamarindo. He does not run a fixed studio. He teaches classes on Playa Tamarindo, private classes in the Tamarindo area, including at guests’ homes, and private classes online.

He is originally from Caracas, Venezuela, and taught daily for more than 10 years at El Sabanero Yoga Retreats. Styles include slow flow, Ashtanga, Rocket, Dharma, Hatha, Vinyasa, restorative and therapeutic yoga. Classes are taught in English or Spanish. Beach classes last 1 hour and 15 minutes, and mats are provided. He also works with studios and retreats on series of 5 to 10 sessions. Bookings are made by email through his website.
