O Pilates Studio – Reformer + Mat

O Pilates Studio is a Pilates studio in Plaza Esmeralda, a small shopping center in Tamarindo. It offers reformer and mat classes.

The studio is bright and small, with three reformer machines, so group classes stay small. Reviews mention private sessions and mat classes taught at guests’ vacation rentals as well as classes in the studio. Instructors teach in English and Spanish and give options for different levels, from first-time students to experienced practitioners. The studio is open in the morning and late afternoon from Monday to Thursday, and on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

The studio is consistently very well reviewed. Students most often praise the instructors’ attention, clear cues and thoughtful adjustments, and the clean and airy space. Many reviewers say the small classes help them focus, and several plan to return.
