Pan Del Mundo – Artisanal Bakery

Pan del Mundo is an artisanal bakery in Plaza Tamarindo, in the center of town. It bakes croissants (including chocolate and almond-chocolate), cornetti, focaccia, baguettes and other breads, and also serves coffee. The large sign outside reads Panadería; the bakery name is shown on the door.

It is open Tuesday to Saturday from morning to mid-afternoon.

Pan del Mundo is consistently well reviewed. Reviewers praise the light, flaky croissants, the bread and the fair prices for Tamarindo. One reviewer found the coffee only average and lighter than in North America or Europe.
