Mono Luxe Villas

Mono Luxe Villas is a modern villa building between central Tamarindo and Playa Langosta, across the street from the beach and about a 5-minute walk from downtown. It is part of the IQ Luxe group.

It offers two- and three-bedroom residences with private bathrooms for each bedroom, open living areas, kitchenettes and Wi-Fi. Units can be rented as a full villa or split into a private one-bedroom suite, which suits families, groups and longer stays. Staff can help book tours, car rentals and airport transfers, and are reachable by WhatsApp before arrival.

Most reviews are very positive. Guests praise the friendly and helpful staff, the clean and nearly new rooms, the comfortable beds and the location close to the beach and a convenience store. A recent review reports cash stolen from a room, says there was no in-room safe, and was unhappy with how management handled it.
