Wow, this company is TERRIBLE. Our group was falsely accused of damages to fourteen towels and a “bent toaster tray”. A complete lie. I had to argue back and forth with these guys for an entire month trying to get this resolved, which over that time they ended up dropping the towel accusations, probably because they know it’s not true, and ended up charging me $120 for a bent toaster crumb tray. (They wanted $300 before for the towels) And keep in mind this is like a flimsy crumb collection tray from the bottom of a tiny toaster oven, nothing worth $120 dollars. They provided zero concrete evidence that damages were from our stay and only showed some random pictures that could be from who knows how long ago. In addition to this, our air conditioning was broken for multiple days in the house while it was 90+ degrees outside and humid. I wasn’t aware while we were there, but the company should have offered to refund me for the days when it was broken, which they didn’t. I would stay the heck away from this company at all costs. They will do their absolute best to milk every last dollar they can out of you through lies. You can see its evident in the other reviews that this is a common company theme. Dont support these scammers. Awful, awful, awful
