Senderos

Senderos is a gated residential community on Calle Central in Tamarindo, next to Auto Mercado and about five minutes from Tamarindo Beach. The development sells custom homes and homesites and has walking paths, green areas and gated security. Amenities include a beach club and Garden Plaza, a small shopping center with shops and cafés at the entrance, with a sports and wellness club planned. Some homes in Senderos are rented to visitors.

Senderos has generally positive reviews. Reviewers describe a well-kept, green neighborhood with good views, birdlife and a central location close to town. One reviewer complained about a sewage smell at the entrance and about cones and security staff controlling roadside parking.
