Inti Raymi

Inti Raymi is a Peruvian food truck in the food truck area 100 meters north of the Pura Vida supermarket in Tamarindo. The menu includes ceviche, jalea (fried mixed seafood), tallarín saltado (stir-fried beef with noodles), papa rellena (stuffed potato) and rice with seafood.

It is open every day from 12 pm to 11 pm.

Reviews are mixed. Some guests praise the ceviche, the stir-fried noodle dishes and friendly service. Others found the food too salty or the fish not fresh, the portions small for the price, and the service unfriendly or slow.
