Good Life Resorts – Waterfall House

Waterfall House is a large private rental house on a hill above Tamarindo, in the Mancha area. It is run by Good Life Resorts, a family-owned company that also rents group properties in San Diego, California. The house is built over four levels on a steep slope and looks out over Tamarindo Bay.

The house has an infinity pool that flows into a waterfall, an open living room and kitchen with glass doors onto a long balcony, and bedrooms for large groups. Guests mention golf carts included with some bookings, and help with airport transfers, tours, massages and private chefs. The beach and town centre are a short drive or a longer walk down the hill. Monkeys, iguanas and birds are often seen from the house.

Most reviews are very positive, especially about the views, the space for large groups, the pool and the quick replies from the owner. The most recent review reports problems with the house during the stay but gives few details.
