Muna Tamarindo

Muna Tamarindo (Muna Apartamentos) is a small vacation rental condominium on Calle Esperanza in Tamarindo. The name comes from a Hebrew word that means “wish”.

The property has seven fully equipped units: six apartments and one two-story loft. Each unit has two bedrooms, a full kitchen and a main bathroom plus a guest toilet, and sleeps up to four people. Ground-floor apartments have a private terrace and upper-floor apartments have a balcony, both facing the inner garden. They praise the clean, modern and spacious apartments, air conditioning in every room, the well-equipped kitchens, the quiet gated setting and the helpful staff and security guard. A few guests said the pool is smaller than in the photos and not always clean, and one mentioned weak shower pressure. Opinions on distance vary: some describe a short walk into town, while one said the beach is 15 to 20 minutes on foot.
