Galeria Pelicano

Galeria Pelicano is the personal studio-gallery of Costa Rica-based artist Susan Adams, located in Villareal just outside Tamarindo. It’s a genuine artist-run space — intimate, relaxed, and full of original work created right on-site. Susan works across multiple styles and mediums, from bold abstracts to expressive figurative paintings, and her versatility shines in the variety you’ll find on the walls.

Visiting this gallery is as much about meeting the artist as it is about the art itself. Susan is often present and happy to talk about her work, process, and inspiration. The gallery is women-owned, LGBTQ+ friendly, and family-friendly — a welcoming space for everyone. Custom commissions and framing services are available.
