Tiger Tribe Tamarindo

Tiger Tribe Tamarindo is a surf school in the Sunrise Commercial Center on Calle Amanecer, near the north end of town. The owner is Costa Rican, speaks English and has more than 20 years of experience teaching surfing.

The school gives surf lessons and rents surfboards and boogie boards. It runs a trip to Witch’s Rock about once a week, on request, and can arrange lessons for larger groups in other parts of the country. The website lists a discount for groups of two to four people.
