Casa Reina Silvia

Casa Reina Silvia is a private vacation villa in La Norma, a gated community with nightly security in Tamarindo. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk from Playa Tamarindo and the town center, and about a 3-minute walk from the Thursday night market.

The property has a main house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a separate casita with one bedroom, one bathroom, a small kitchen and its own plunge pool. In total it sleeps up to six guests. There are two private pools, a rooftop terrace, an outdoor dining area with a BBQ, a tropical garden and private parking. The villa has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer and a baby crib. Older reviews suggest guests liked the clean, well-equipped house, the pool and the quiet garden setting, and found the managers helpful. Some mentioned construction noise nearby and one plumbing problem. These reviews are more than eight years old and may not reflect the villa today.
